Product Development: From idea to prototype to successful product

In the first part you will learn about the following:

  • How do you know your (product)idea will become a success?
  • What exactly is the problem you are going to solve? What is product-market fit?
  • Learn to do interviews and build mockups
  • Learn how to brainstorm
  • How do you choose from 100 solutions just the one that will be a success on the market?

In the second module we will focus on

  • Which steps you have to take to build your product the most efficient way?
  • How to do a brainstorm on a complex technical problem?
  • Why is the design of your product so important?
  • Why are some devices more user friendly than others? There is a science behind it!
  • How to select the wright materials and production techniques? Alu of glass fiber reinforced PP? 3D printing or milling?

The lessons will be a combination of hands-on workshops (executing brainstorms, building mockups), presentations and experienced entrepreneurs that will inspire you with their stories.
